How to increase shutdown speed in windows 7

Now that’s all waiting for dumb windows to save all your settings and not what all
just go to the task manager and keep the CTRL button pressed and under the
shutdown tab click shutdown and within a snap your work is done .. ?
This method is very effective when you have to save your time.
